Ravito collects publicly listed vehicle adverts, ranks them on price against comparable vehicles, and produces an assessment of each. It is an information and research tool for motor trade professionals.
It is not a valuation service, a warranty, a mechanical inspection, or advice to buy any particular vehicle. Rankings, target prices and resale estimates are opinions generated from advert data, and advert data is written by sellers and is frequently wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for every buying decision you make, including inspecting the vehicle, verifying its history and confirming its provenance before parting with money.
The subscription is £299 per calendar month, taken by card through Stripe. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial; a valid card is required to begin the trial and the first payment is taken on day 4 unless you cancel before then. Wenzo Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund part-months, and we do not require notice.
The account is licensed to one motor trading business and the people who work in it. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the data, or share access outside your business. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
We work to keep the board current, but it depends on third-party marketplaces we do not control. Coverage may be interrupted or incomplete, and we do not guarantee that every relevant listing appears or that any listing is still available. Where a source is failing, the board says so rather than looking quiet.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profit, for a vehicle you bought or did not buy, or for a listing you did not see. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change these terms or the price. We will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
